Job Description

Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Toronto North East / Don MillsWe are a well established Importer of Wines & Spirits with over 25 years of experience in working with LCBO in the sales and development of Regional and International brands.We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This position will support our Brands Director in the coordination of all sales and marketing activities.The ideal candidate must be a team player, demonstrate strong initiative with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.An understanding of the beverage alcohol industry and / or experience in a similar role will be an asset.SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION: This role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Assist in the process of brand planning and budget tracking
  • Assist in the preparation of supplier and board presentations
  • Arrange and coordinate sales and marketing activities related to each brand
  • Coordination of advertising activities and promotional events
  • Effective completion of board product (NISS) and promotional (MPTS) applications
  • Assist on in-store tasting program
  • Fulfill other administrative functions as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and marketing / product branding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the beverage alcohol industry is considered an asset
Education
  • Bachelors degree or college diploma
  • Training in marketing / graphic design
