Are you an experienced B2B SaaS sales development representative (SDR) looking to grow your career and help build a sales development teamYou could be Kameleoons new Sales Development Manager.Kameleoon is a software company that specializes in A/B testing, feature management and AI-driven personalization. We operate at the intersection of data, UX, and technology. Featured in Forrester’s latest EOP Wave, Kameleoon helps marketers, product managers, and developers build better customer experiences and products.To build our business in North America, were looking for someone with sales development experience to set up and execute an outbound sales strategy and later, grow an outbound sales team.Working closely with the Senior Director, North America, you’ll command Kameleoon’s sales development systems and processes and play a formative role in accelerating Kameleoon’s growth in North America.In this role, you’ll…

  • Build and develop a highly scalable yet personal outbound outreach strategy using our sales and marketing tools
  • Generate new leads that suit our products and target customer
  • Devise strategies to speak with decision-makers via email, social and phone.
  • Nurture leads in the sales and marketing funnel in a way that warms them up and qualifies them for a sales demo
  • Identify which leads are likely to buy and set up qualified appointments for demos
  • Work with leadership to leverage Kameleoon partnerships and build prospect lists, accordingly
  • Prepare reports that summarize progress, surface challenges, and recommend possible solutions
  • Meet with peers and colleagues at Kameleoon France, Germany, UK to discuss best practices
  • Help build a high-functioning and positive-energy environment and prepare to onboard future team members.
This position may be a good fit if you…
  • Have experience and successful track record of using prospecting strategies to develop qualified leads and achieve sales targets in B2B SaaS sales. (bonus if in e-commerce or martech).
  • Are HubSpot power user, comfortable using the tool for email sequences and to track and score leads
  • Experienced using prospecting tools e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Builtwith, Reveal and similar applications
  • Have a strong attention to detail. Bends a CRM to their will.
  • Enjoy developing new business opportunities
  • Can forecast your business – lead conversion data through to pipeline build and win rates
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Enjoy and capable to work independently
  • Are based in North America (bonus points if in Vancouver, Canada).
