  • Introduce Manifest’s software solution and create a great first impression for prospects (cold outreach).
  • Source leads and prospect repositories and identify new business opportunities.
  • Contact inbound and outbound leads that are attributed via the CRM and perform outbound call campaigns to existing customer base.
  • Evaluate lead potential, qualify and manage multiple lead sources, including cold call lists, website forms, email, and chat.
  • Book meetings with prospective clients and strengthen the Manifest Climate opportunity pipeline.
  • Manage data integrity by consistently verifying and updating all leads and account information to be entered into Salesforce (customer relationship management software).
  • Manage goals/metrics to provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Meet goals set by Sales Leadership.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and work with other departments (i.e. marketing, product, etc.).
  • Perform sales operations and administrative duties.
What you bring to our collaborative space:
  • 1-3 years of SDR / inside sales experience in the software or SaaS industry (asset), or other relevant industries.
  • Business Administration degree, or similar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English (phone, email, chat) as well as excellent active listening skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales management tools is an asset.
