This is an exceptional opportunity to join some of the brightest, best and most collaborative minds working in IT today.As a Sales Instructor, youll lead successful daily program execution, including classroom management, training, and development record maintenance, testing and measurement processes, self-paced learning, e-learning, and partner training. You also will assist in the design, development, and implementation of training solutions for the Sales Academy.What you will do:

  • Collaborate with sales management to implement a first-class onboarding program that supports CDWs strategies and goals
  • Train and facilitate sessions for new sellers during weeks 1 to 6 of the Sales Academy, including courses on sales skills, technical solutions, coaching (one-on-one and group), and CDW systems, processes and resources
  • Coach new sellers to build required skills, analyze program participant needs, and develop individualized plans to meet identified needs
  • Participate on project teams to design and develop participant and instructional materials
  • Monitor individual new hire performance, address performance issues, deliver constructive feedback and develop recommendations for improvement
What you need to succeed:Must Have
  • 1+ years of experience facilitating sales and technical training or 2+ years of experience as a CDW seller
  • Demonstrated sales ability
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities
  • Aptitude for new concepts and technologies with the ability to quickly put them into practical use
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge/background of the technology industry and/or education
  • Facilitation experience with a track record of increasing participant knowledge, performance and effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor
  • Fluency in French
