We value individuality, diversity of thought and embrace a problem-solving culture.About the role:Clutch is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales team! Youre a perfect fit for this role if you are a self-starter that likes to tinker with third party tools and no-code solutions. Youre not afraid to jump into large data sets to identify trends on sales efficiency and performance. Youve had some experience working with sales teams and understand at a high level what the sales process looks like end to end.Join us as our first Sales Operations hire where you will drive projects that increase productivity and performance for our sales team through technology driven solutions. As a B2C-oriented sales team, youll have the unique opportunity to be the main point of contact for reporting and analysis with large sets of sales and leads data. Youll be able to build new and robust processes and hack your way to a viable solution that we can use as we expand into the scale-up space.What youll do:

  • Champion complex operational, process, and performance improvement projects including process mapping and process redesign
  • Set the vision on strategies to derive key metrics for sales reporting and sales success
  • Redesign and implement CRM systems to meet increased demand
  • Build a team of sales analysts and coordinators to support our sales team
  • Track and analyze the end-to-end Sales funnel performance, and provide insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities across our sales funnel to improve sales performance
Were looking for:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations at a high growth start-up, investment banking, management consulting
  • Quantitative by nature and obsessed with process improvement
  • Data-first problem solver with sound business judgement and demonstrated operational excellence
Itd be great if you have:
  • SQL skills with experience pulling and analyzing data
  • Experience with Hubspot or Airtable
