Job Description

Job DescriptionThe OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator/Business System Analyst to join our team at Segula. Reporting to the Marketing Technology Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on supporting our Salesamp; Marketing teams. Your role will involve managing data, building and configuring Salesforce solutions, and automating processes that align with our business objectives. As part of the IT team, you will collaborate closely with our business partners, ensuring that we deliver the right solutions at the right time.

  • Timeframe – 6 months (possible extension to 1 year)
  • Proposed Start Date – September/October
  • Hybrid role
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement changes to Salesforce applications, objects, fields, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages.
  • Design, build, test, document, and deploy high-quality and scalable business solutions on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform based on industry best practices and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective documentation on configuration changes, integrations, and processes.
  • Handle user inquiries and enhancement requests logged as support tickets, resolving issues or escalating them to appropriate subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Review Salesforce release notes to identify changes that impact or can enhance our implementation.
  • Create and refresh Sandbox/QA environments on a regular basis as needed.
  • Support the integration of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Yardi, Oracle Eloqua) with Salesforce.
  • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on configuration changes, integrations, and processes.
  • Design and implement data models, objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across the Salesforce CRM.
  • Build and support reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
