This is a fast-paced and high-volume job, suitable for someone with a high amount of drive, motivation and energy and the ability to organize themselves and other people!Responsibilities:Log all incoming samplesLiaise regularly with customers and internal laboratory staff to ensure sample logging information is accurate;Check client provided specifications and tests associated with the sample being logged;Create and effectively use communication channel with the client when clarifications or additional information is required;Deliver logged samples to the corresponding department;Archive all completed samples;Contact customer if sample does not comply with SOP;Verify that all incoming samples comply with in-house methodology and SOPs;Book all samples and deliver/check them into the proper locations in the laboratories;Remove samples from stability chambers daily and submitting into lab with correct Certificates of Analysis;Receive new stability samples for testing;Provide original paperwork after auditing to the respective personnel in each lab for auditing;Communicate regularly with the Test Designer when updates are required for templates in eLIMS;QualificationsDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Team collaboration and good interpersonal skills;Good understanding of compendia resources such as USP, EP and BP;Familiarity with analytical chemistry and major types of tests;Good knowledge of the GMP and ICH guidelines and regulations;Fluently read, write and speak English;Ability to effectively work under pressure;Be able to work extra hours in accordance with the business requirements;Excellent knowledge of major computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Interpersonal skills to develop and manage relationships with internal customers and suppliersComfortable to communicate effectively with clients in case of any clarification or an enquiry in regards to booking the samples in the systemAbility to work with and influence key business unit leadersAbility to work independentlyBASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :1-3 years of pharmaceutical/cosmetic/natural health products industry experience.Computer proficiency.Authorization to work in Canada.EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Science.Additional InformationAccommodation: Persons with disabilities who need accommodation in the application process, or those needing job postings in an alternative format, may e-mail a request via the website at www.eurofins.caAs a Eurofins employee, you will become part of a company that has received international recognition as a great place to work.
