Included within these responsibilities are all central SAP systems, such as Financial Services, Human Resources, Research Administration and Procurement; the central U of T Student Systems; approximately 40 related vendor and specialized web applications; and the Universitys M365 platform.Your opportunity:In this position, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative team focused on delivering transformational technology solutions to the University. Through your efforts, you will help support and modernize the University’s core administrative management systems to meet current and emerging needs of the organization.Reporting into the Manager, DevOps, and with general direction from the SAP Solution Architect, the SAP Basis Support and Build Coordinator designs, develops, configures, tests, implements, monitors and troubleshoots the University’s highly complex SAP S/4 HANA platform and its associated systems and technologies such as HANA, SAP FIORI, SAP Enterprise Portal, SAP Solution Manager, SAP PI/PO SAP Content Server. The incumbent participates in the planning and installation of production and non-production hardware and software changes; works to resolve hardware and software issues; helps design and implement backup and disaster recovery processes; monitors and ensures performance and integrity of the SAPsystems and databases; and acts as a project leader and/or technical lead as required.Your responsibilities will include:
