About the team:This is an exciting opportunity for students to join our SAP Product Support team. You will provide functional/ business related and technical support to our customers worldwide. We help our customers maximize the benefits of Source and Procure solutions to facilitate a global exchange of goods and services in the world’s largest business-to-business trading community. We use our expertise and collaborate with team members and customers across the globe to provide detailed solutions that exceed expectations.Supporting global customers means we are a diverse workforce that are highly motivated and passionate about delivering first class customer experiences.What you’ll do:Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Product SupportLocation: Toronto, ONExpected start date to end date: May 2022 - May 2023In this role, you’ll:

• Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services.
• Analyze complex, real world, unique problems, often working in production environments.
• Research, document, and share knowledge through creation of Knowledge Base articles, Wiki documents, SAP Community answers, etc.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
• Feel the satisfaction of delivering a solution to customers that makes their businesses run simpler and better.
• Work as part of an international team; meet, work, and talk with colleagues and customers from all around the world!
• Participate in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance
• Attend (external and internal) e-Learning Lessons, Remote Learning Sessions, Classroom Training and Coaching.
• Help to ensure SLAs are met on time and escalated cases are assigned promptly to the right experts.

Who you are:We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• University students enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related areas
• Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming desired (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.)
• Some knowledge of database structures and SQL preferred
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills (oral/written)
• Problem solving/analytical skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Team Player who can work in a collaborative environment
• Change agility and flexibility
• Fluent in English
