Job DescriptionSAP Success Factor (Onboarding (ONB 2.0) - Toronto, CanadaHybrid role:- Need to go to client office in Toronto (2 days).Location:Toronto, CanadaJob DescriptionAs an SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant, you will design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors solutions to solve business process requirements within the Human Resource and Talent space.

  • Overall 8+ years’ experience with 4 years of experience in Onboarding (ONB 2.0) and at least 2 ONB 2.0 implementation.
  • Conduct regular periodic sessions with Client to discuss progress of the Implementation.
  • Conduct strategy sessions with custom by identifying the client #39;s current process and future state needs.
  • Lead a team of consultants.
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices.
  • Mentor new consultants and monitor their process on shadow/learning assignments.
  • Participate in demo sessions for sales meetings with prospective clients.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on the development and performance of the consulting team.
  • Good experience in SF EC, SF RCM integrations.
  • Handled migration from Onboarding (ONB 1.0) to ONB 2.0
  • Implementation and Support experience in other SF Talen modules added advantage.
Certification: SF Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 Certification is good to have.
