During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.As you know, every person is different and so is every role in a company. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidates shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.We look forward to meeting you!Your RoleWe are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our engineering team in Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our clients challenges.You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Scrum Master.Your main responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day aspects of Agile framework ceremonies including (Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Daily Stand-Ups)
• Facilitate effective collaboration, decision-making, issue resolution, and consensus among the team members and dependent teams
• Handle project timelines, scope, budget, issues, and risks according to defined process, in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog and completing the delivery plan
• Empower the team to self-organize
• Coach team to use SCRUM effectively and ensures team motivation is always high

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master
• Very good experience and knowledge of Agile Frameworks
• Should have certification from one or more of the following Agile Project Management organizations (PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe SA or SPC)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
