Job Description

Position OverviewAs a Senior Affiliate Manager specializing in email traffic, you will be responsible for driving growth by managing and cultivating relationships with high-profile publishing partners, particularly those focused on email marketing. Your role will include identifying new opportunities for expansion, optimizing campaign performance, and developing strategic initiatives that maximize revenue potential. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with client objectives, ensure compliance, and meet revenue growth targets.Requirements

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing email-focused affiliates while recruiting new partners to expand the affiliate network.
  • Oversee multiple email affiliate campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze affiliate campaign performance, focusing on traffic quality, volume, and revenue. Identify key areas for improvement and recommend strategies to drive increased affiliate-generated revenue.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their advertising and revenue goals.
  • Monitor and control the quality of email traffic, ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Leverage industry events, social media, and networking to identify and onboard new high-potential publishing partners specializing in email traffic.
  • Communicate program enhancements, updates, and best practices to affiliates, offering ongoing support and insights to optimize performance.
  • Set and manage quarterly and annual revenue goals. Develop strategies to nurture top-tier affiliates and create new growth opportunities for email traffic campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with contractual agreements and industry regulations, actively managing risk and maintaining integrity across all partnerships.
  • Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for revenue growth, and develop an affiliate contact management strategy to manage top-tier accounts.
  • Ensure collections and invoicing reconciliation are accurate and timely, and update campaigns with payouts, creative, and contact information.
  • Propose and implement new initiatives, including incentive programs, contests, and bonuses, to increase engagement and revenue from email traffic affiliates.
  • Guide business development team on advertiser management to account for considerations such as best performing Creative Assets, From Lines, Subject Lines, Suppression File Management, Cap Management, Day Parting, Geo Targeting, Everflow API Integrations and Compliance.
  • Oversee offer setup such that all email specific requirements are met, and are updated as needed.
  • Use email specific tools such as Lashback and Optizmo to ensure compliance and performance of our email channel is continuously optimized.
