Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunityA dynamic opportunity to support our Global Cyber Security - Cyber Technology Operation team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, lead and manage Third-Party Connection lifecycle and initiativesWhat will you do

  • Leads in a variety of initiatives: process uplift and optimization, monitor and manage new and existing Third-Party connections, onboarding activities, reporting, gap analysis and remediation, automation initiatives and maintaining overall posture of Third-Party Connections
  • Conducts analysis on deviations from established controls and proposes mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Implementation of corrective actions to mitigate reoccurrence of risk and compliance issues
  • Provides training and assists with coaching of employees to increase awareness of and ensures conformance with RBC security policies and procedures
  • Leads and directs technology enhancements within GRC tools, dashboard tools and other technologies
  • Adapt to changes in process, procedure and technology.
What do you need to succeedMust-have
  • IIBA Certification
  • Experience in risk and compliance frameworks – NIST, ISO, and PCI-DSS
  • Practical experience in GRC Platforms, i.e. RSA Archer, ServiceNow
  • Technical experience in Cyber Security and Third-Party risk
Nice-to-have
  • Certification from these organizations: ISC2, ISACA
