Find out more about our programs and impact at www.raisingthevillage.org.Role DescriptionAs the Senior Coordinator - Grants Management, you #39;ll be able to accelerate your fundraising career at a fast-growing organization that uses a data-driven approach to help last-mile communities in Sub-Saharan Africa build household incomes.The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our Partnerships team on project management, coordination, and reporting for both restricted and unrestricted grants across governmental, philanthropic, and CSR partners. You will work closely with the Programs, Finance, Planning Evaluation and Learning, and Communications teams to ensure compliance with grant terms, manage information flow, and report on impact. Primarily an internal-facing role, this position will work closely with the Associate Director of Partnerships, the Partnerships Coordinator, and the Director of Strategic Partnerships to play an integral role in contributing to the organization’s ambitious impact and growth strategy.The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent writer, loves Logic Models and Performance Measurement Frameworks, and is comfortable coordinating projects in a multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environment with the highest attention to detail. You are someone who is equally comfortable analyzing program data (outputs and outcomes) and using your findings to write complex and compelling funder reports and proposals. You are highly organized, a strong communicator, and are excited to grow with an organization. Most importantly, you are curious and motivated to contribute your skills to a team that is motivated to tackle the hardest challenges with a positive attitude.Key Responsibilities Grant Compliance and Reporting
