Job Description

Were hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our digital platform. Apply now to be part of the teamResponsibilities:

  • Tackle complex problems to gain insights into customer behavior and promote product adoption.
  • Use your skills in quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning to create models that influence product strategy and priorities.
  • Build machine learning pipelines that enhance data-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure impactful, data-informed decisions.
  • Lead and mentor team members, driving ML-powered features on our Digital Customer Platform.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • MS/PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
  • 5+ years of experience designing and deploying ML solutions.
  • Proficiency in Large Language Models (e.g., RAG, Generative AI) and NLP.
  • Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL, big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and programming (Python preferred).
  • Experience with data science tools (Pandas, Jupyter, TensorFlow) and machine learning techniques.
