--What will your typical day look likeYour role at Deloitte
  • Act as a UX design subject-matter expert for the product design team
  • Facilitate design discussions with clients and colleagues
  • Deliver brand/design projects from conception through to delivery
  • Keep up to date with the latest UX practices, innovations, and tools
  • Apply User Centered Design (UCD) from beginning to end - including activities such as facilitating user workshops, stakeholder interviews, analysis of user data/demographics, creation of user personas, user journeys, information architecture, creation of User Experience Specification Documentation
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with development teams to create user flows, wireframes, and build user interface mockups and prototypes using design tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Plan, execute, probe, and report on usability tests of your wireframes and designs, and refine accordingly, iterating with increased levels of fidelity until the solution has reached or exceeded its success targets and defined KPI #39;s
  • Ensure all designs comply with ADA/WCAG standards for accessibility

You will join the GIAA Assets Experience Design team, a dedicated group of UX Designers who care deeply about the users who use their products.What we do:
  • Educating product teams on design thinking processes and experience design best practices
    • Providing hands-on support with user experience/user interface design
    • Providing support for the design and creation of user interfaces
  • Providing support for usability testing of designs and assets
  • Building a robust design system to be used by multiple products at Deloitte
  • Take a broad conceptual idea and turn it into a useful and valuable product for our clients
  • Ensuring accessibility practices throughout the design process for building the product for a wide range of users
We are looking for design leaders to bring design thinking to both big-vision and fast-execution projects - getting stuff done in the short term while figuring out the next big thing. An ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic team player, self-driven with a strong understanding of design thinking.   • Bachelor #39;s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product design or UX
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms, working with technical/design teams to create user flows, lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes
  • A portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions
What you will bring to the role:
  • A good balance of UX and UI skills and comfortable shifting between these design streams.
  • Experience with a range of tools and the willingness to adopt new tools as needed
  • Contribute to the existing design system for a new category of user interaction components that are used across Deloitte productsamp; experiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Strong presence, excellent relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills
