We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team and contribute to the company #39;s continued success.Position Overview:As a Senior Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions. This position involves in-depth involvement in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of financial analysis experience, particularly within an IT environment, and possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights. Key Responsibilities:Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive annual budgets.
  • Conduct detailed financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Cash Flow Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow trends, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring optimal liquidity management.
  • Provide insights into the company #39;s cash position and recommend strategies to optimize working capital.
Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Financial Modeling:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term financial planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of various factors on financial performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and insights.
  • Communicate financial results and recommendations clearly and effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, with a focus on the IT industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
