Our top-notch team of professionals is building next-generation Telecommunication software.If you decide to join us, you will be working in an ambitious, yet friendly environment with significant support and mentorship to help you grow your career.Responsibilities:- Design, deploy, and manage Cassandra database clusters across development, testing, and production environments.- Drive efficiency, scaling, and self-healing capabilities of our infrastructure.- Use cloud-native technologies, public cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, operating systems (Linux), container and orchestration platforms based on Docker and Kubernetes and application environments (NGINX, NoSQL persistence solutions), with an emphasis on building tools for automation and orchestration of our workloads.- Implement tools to increase the level of automation in our infrastructure.- Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.- Implement best practices in building, profiling and monitoring high-performance high availability solutions providing mission-critical real-time functionality on the control plane of mobile and fixed network.- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and availability.- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application integration and troubleshoot any database-related issues.- Provide proactive database performance analysis and capacity planning to support the growth of our systems.Requirements:- Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.- 4+ years experience with using a broad range of cloud-native technologies and stacks (e.g. AWS, Azure).- Solid understanding of Cassandra database architecture, data modeling and performance tuning.- Proficiency in Cassandra administration, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python).- Cloud-native infrastructure stack experience with tools like Terraform and Ansible.- Continuous build and continuous delivery stacks including artifact and container repositories, container runtimes based on Kubernetes.- Experience with metrics and logging solutions (Prometheus and ELK stack).- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Perks:- Competitive salary package.- Paid lunch.- Yearly bonus.- Company stock options.- Training and workshops.- Truly flexible working hours.About LotusFlareLotusFlare employees join and remain at LotusFlare for two simple reasons.
