Join a high-performing engineering team as a Senior Backend Developer specializing in Java. We #39;re looking for a driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a solid background in building high-availability, scalable backend systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about writing clean, efficient code and contributing to impactful backend solutions.What You #39;ll Be Doing:Develop, maintain, and optimize robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of backend services with a focus on scalability and maintainability. Write and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend systems and external services. Participate in peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Help drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and improve software delivery processes. Create and run unit and integration tests to guarantee the quality of your code. Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into your development workflow.What We #39;re Looking For:A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in Java backend development, with hands-on experience using Spring Boot and microservices patterns. Strong experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs. Deep understanding of backend architecture principles and performance optimization. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.). Proficiency with version control systems like Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle. A systematic approach to problem-solving, especially in complex or production-critical scenarios.
