Job Description

Were hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Remote) to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our digital platform. Apply now to be part of the teamResponsibilities:

  • Build and optimize machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Train, fine-tune, and deploy models using frameworks like TensorFlow and Python-based libraries.
  • Implement scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering using Pandas and advanced SQL queries.
  • Leverage big data tools such as Hadoop and Spark/PySpark to manage and process large datasets efficiently.
  • Integrate LLMs into production environments to power intelligent features like chatbots, recommendation systems, and knowledge extraction tools.
  • Design and optimize retrieval pipelines using RAG for efficient data sourcing in real-time applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in Python, with strong experience in libraries like Pandas and frameworks like TensorFlow.
  • Hands-on experience with building and deploying models, including LLMs and RAG architectures.
  • Experience with AWS (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3).
  • Advanced SQL skills and expertise with Hadoop and Spark/PySpark for large-scale data processing.
  • Proven experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and big data tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and optimize ML workflows.
