Job Description

If you are passionate about working on unstructured business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to talk to you.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This is a delivery-focused role, and the candidate needs to have a rich blend of DE/reporting skills and hands-on experience.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level engineering solution designs
  • Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value.
  • Responsible for managing Data Engineering/Reporting projects, collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger’s team situated globally
  • Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights.
  • Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and developing plans to help operationalize the analytic solution
Requirements
  • Strong hands on proficiency in SQL/Snowflake/PBI – about 40-50% expectation will be hands-on work
  • Experience in leading mid-sized teams (offshore leverage will be at 3-6 people) for DE/Reporting workstreams
  • Should be able to review team deliverables, guide team on best practices and liaise with TA internal SMEs as required for inputs
  • Experience in Agile based team management (setting up boards, task allocation and tracking)
  • Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills
