Job Description

Were hiring a Senior ML Developer (Remote) to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our digital platform. Apply now to be part of the teamResponsibilities:

  • Address complex challenges to uncover customer behavior insights and drive product adoption.
  • Leverage expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning to develop models that shape product strategy and priorities.
  • Design and implement machine learning pipelines to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders in Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design to ensure decisions are informed by data and have a meaningful impact.
  • Lead and mentor team members, spearheading the development of ML-powered features on the Digital Customer Platform.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Over 5 years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning solutions.
  • Expertise in Large Language Models (e.g., RAG, Generative AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, big data platforms like Hadoop and Spark, and programming (Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with data science tools (e.g., Pandas, Jupyter, TensorFlow) and advanced machine learning techniques.
