Address: 4100 Gordon Baker RoadJob Family Group:TechnologyThe Senior Process Analyst coordinates desktop technology provisioning services which includes hardware (laptop, desktop, tablet, printer, ATM) and associated network configurations to all major projects for new branches, relocations, renovations and tower moves across all desktop platforms. The Senior Process Analyst implements and supports work plan items and line of business sponsored projects processed through intake/assessment leveraging existing and augmented resourcing.This role also supports activities performed by our Command Centre team as needed which includes the fulfillment of provisioning requests for physical desktops, laptops move, add, change, delete activities, including: base build, and application installation and configurationAccountabilities:

  • Manages various Branch activities - Renovations/Hotcuts/Closures/ New Branch openings
  • Works closely with Corporate Real Estate and Personalamp; Business Banking Change Management teams to ensure branch project activities are forecasted, managed and completed in time
  • Works with technology project managers on tower projects to understand requirements, provide costing, define deliverables and project schedule. Manages and coordinates the deliverables with various internal support teams and vendors
  • Fulfill provisioning requests for physical desktops, laptops move, add, change, delete activities, including: base build, and application installation and configuration
  • Handles escalations and manages customer expectations in a professional manner
  • Identifies opportunities to simplify and eliminate complexity from existing processes
  • Utilizes various tools, e.g. Excel, Service Now, Verasmart and DB2 to perform project activities
  • Use DB2 Configuration database to gather information for branch projects
  • Ensure projects timelines and scope are on track
  • Escalate issues to team lead and management where required
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
Knowledge and skill:
  • 5-7 years of work experience in IT or business environment and/or degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or business.
  • Previous experience in project coordination role would be an asset
  • Experience using Service Now
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite of tools including Excel, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 workstation build process and associated infrastructure tools
  • Strong ability to multi task and prioritize multiple competing deliverables
  • Good interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and co-workers
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Proactive escalations, ability to manage customer expectations in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of financial services industry would be an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
