We place a premium on providing a great user experience.The Senior Product Designer, integral to our Product and Development team, collaborates closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to achieve both business and user objectives. This role entails defining problems, identifying opportunities, and crafting user-centric software solutions in tandem with the team, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.We operate under a remote first workplace model, though we like to meet in person from time to time.Your Responsibilities: :

• Strategic Design Leadership: Set a strategic design vision for your team, guiding stakeholders through wireframes, flow diagrams, interface designs, and mockups.
• Continuous Discovery and Exploration: Define your problem space through ongoing discovery and exploration, fostering a profound understanding of customer and business needs within your domain.
• Timely Communication of Design Insights: Communicate design insights in a timely manner, translating them into actionable recommendations that shape the product strategy.
• User Research: Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain insights into our users, sharing your findings with the team to inform decision-making.
• Ensuring Consistent User Experience: Ensure your team delivers a consistent, thoughtful, and comprehensive user experience across all released work.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor and guide less experienced designers, empowering them to realize their full potential and become adept stewards of product design.
• Design System Maintenance: Maintain and elevate our existing Design System to uphold consistency and efficiency in design processes.

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates expertise in their design craft, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience building web SaaS products, capable of delivering meticulously polished experiences.
• Understands how design, product, and engineering collaborate to rapidly deliver high-quality experiences at scale.
• Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating seamless teamwork.
• Deeply understands the strategic direction and vision for their working area, ensuring alignment of all UX efforts with overarching goals.
• Can lead research studies, exhibiting curiosity to delve into customer pain points and emerge with elegant solutions and engaging experiences.
• Showcases mastery of design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Confluence/Jira), knowing which tool to use and when.

It’s a bonus if:

• You have prior experience in a startup environment, particularly focused on B2B enterprise software.
