Role name: Project Manager Location - Toronto , ON Hybrid Position Role Description: Project CoordinationAssist Project Managers in the development of project plans and timelines.Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information across departments.Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.Track and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and availability.Communicationamp; ReportingServe as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting notes, and status updates.Schedule and facilitate meetings, including drafting agendas and follow-up action items.Documentationamp; ComplianceMaintain and organize project documentation including contracts, deliverables, and reports.Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.Support in quality assurance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Administrative Support Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and procurement activities.Help track project costs and expenses, and report variances to the project manager. Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation, and resource scheduling. Competencies: Project Management Essential Skills:Bachelor #39;s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.1 3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable Skills:Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.Experience in [industry-specific tools or processes] (e.g., Agile, Scrum for IT; MS Excel for Construction)Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
