Job Description

Founder Restaurant & Cocktail Bar is seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional server to join our team! Were a close-knit team of high-powered individuals, with the passion for hospitality, who love the industry, and are looking for that same passion.We are a fast-paced, casual fine-dining Restaurant and Bar in the heart of Dundas West, specializing in eclectic bistro plates, hand-crafted house cocktails, wine, beer, and a lush atmosphere. Were looking for the right professional individual to round out our team and shift into the busy autumn season. What we offer:

What were looking for:
  • Someone with a passionate attitude who takes pride in great guest experiences
  • Experience executing a fine-dining (or similar) service standard
  • Familiarity with spaces featuring a broad dinner menu offering and a focus on craft cocktails
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a server
  • Ability to work evenings between Wednesday and Sunday
  • Bonuses include: knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and classic cocktails
