Job Description

Located in Yorkville, Reyna on King is a Mediterranean Tapas & Cocktail Bar.The vibe is fun, friendly and above all we want our guests to leave planning the next time they want to come back. Our service is #1 priority. We want our staff to enjoy being at work, the food the atmosphere the people they work with and and taking care of their guestsIf you have a passion for the hospitality business and want to be part of a fun and casual concept, unique to Yorkville, we want to meet you.We are all about good vibes. Our goal is to hire a team full of people who feel the same and want to contribute daily to take care of each other as well as the guests.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with an understanding of professional service and a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency.Expectations:

  • Create a positive experience through interaction and adherence to steps of service.
  • Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items to make recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
  • Ensure guests are satisfied with their food, beverages, and service.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns.
  • Actively demonstrate teamwork, sincerity, and courtesy.
  • Help your team whenever possible
  • Other duties as assigned or required
  • Enjoy your shift
Qualifications:
  • Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience serving.
  • Smart Serve Certification required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and social skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and remain calm under pressure.
