Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a valuable member of our e11even restaurant, you will deliver championship food and beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Visions and Values.

  • Set dining room for service.
  • Prepare for service; polish cutlery/glassware, stock side stations, prepare mise en place etc.
  • Provide friendly and informed responses to questions regarding menu and wine selections.
  • Deliver timely food and beverage service according to specific restaurant standards as directed by Service Manager.
  • Up-sell menu items/orders.
  • Order items with speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
  • Run Food efficiently and with a sense of urgency.
  • Removal of all dirty dishes, glassware and cutlery.
  • Replenish/stock work area.
  • Quick and thorough completion of assigned side duties.
  • Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.
  • Follow all MLSE Healthamp; Safety policies and procedures.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Healthamp; Safety Act.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
