the Brand new Station Social House on Bloor Street is hiring !We are seeking an experienced Bartender and servers who is familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and is capable of delivering quality customer service. The Bartender will be responsible for serving at our bars and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar and performing alcohol inventories at the end of each night to help in maintaining proper inventory levels. Through a strict set of guidelines for operation of the bartender and with COVID-19 protocols in place the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper clearing of glassware, sanitizing hands, and ensuring areas are clear of clutter.Responsibilities:- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients- Keep the bar area clean in accordance with our venue guidelines- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in our manual to keep drink costs at a minimum- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all timesRequirements:- High school diploma required- Smart Serve required- 2 years’ experience working as a bartender or server- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills required- Must be able to lift 20lbs boxes and stand for a long period of time- Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business dictatesJob Type: Full-time Or PartimeExperience:
