Ever New is currently going through rapid expansion in Canada with significant store numbers in Vancouver. To keep up with the influx of interest in our brand, we now seek a Social Media Coordinator to join our creative team. This is a newly created role, a rare and AMAZING opportunity to join a Global leader in the fashion industry. The role will be WFH, occasionally working in stores.The role will be accountable for maintaining our Ever New image both on and offline in Canada. as well as the local social accounts including executing local public relations, events and marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Global Social Manger to plan and schedule all weekly social media activity in Canada across all channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Work with the Global Social Manger to build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Copy write across all social channels.
  • Develop innovative ideas to stand-out, attract more followers and drive greater engagement
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the EverNew brand and Social Media policy.
  • Manage competitions, both for social and database signup purposes.
  • Stay abreast of current social media trends and best practices, conduct research into trends and key influencers within the fashion industry
Ever New CandidateYou have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Your previous experience has provided you with the skill set to community manage sites and stay abreast of comments, likes, DMs, whilst managing key influencers that interact with the social account. A strong multitasker you can maintain social media and content calendars in conjunction with the marketing calendar. You have a natural keen drive to continuously improve brand awareness by capturing and analysing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices . In addition you will have:Skills and Experience
  • Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Business or relevant discipline(or similar)
  • At least 2 years previous experience in a similar Social media role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication including confidence with spelling and grammar
  • Passion for fashion and trends
  • Knowledge of ecommerce
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines
  • The desire and determination to develop and increase skills set and knowledge
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills including the ability to operate effectively and collaboratively in a team and autonomously
