About the RoleKey Responsibilities:

Contribute to both frontend and backend development of our product, ensuring scalability and performance.
Provide valuable insights into technical direction and product strategy as a core team member.
Design, build, and maintain scalable systems to accommodate varying user loads.
Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Establish and enforce best practices in engineering, coding, and security.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features.

RequirementsWhat Weâ€™re Seeking:

Proven experience in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), with a focus on performance evaluation and accuracy.
Background in building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
Familiarity with frontend technologies like Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, as well as backend development using Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
Exposure to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tools, preferably in Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment, especially in health-tech, is highly desirable.
Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare.
