Map out the new IAM function, identify various security issues and provide solutions.A fairly simple set of responsibilities on the face of it, but of course there will be challenges along the way. You’ll need to influence some to change and build trust to ensure you’re listened to in-depth. But the great thing is, everyone is pulling in the same direction here. The team is extremely collaborative, IT is valued, and everyone’s ideas are listened to.We don’t need to tell you the fine details of what you’ll be doing as you’ll already know – we don’t tell a postman that they’ll be posting letters. The IAM space has been growing steadily here for a little while, so you’ll be a key part of the longer-term growth and build out of this area within the technology space here.Specific projects will involve leading the IAM function and delivering a range of improvements and build outs within AD, Azure and Centrify. You’ll be asked constantly to review current practises and suggest how things can be improved. You’ll ask as many questions to colleagues as you can to understand where these improvements can be made, and you’ll be given complete freedom to design and implement what needs to be done. You’re going to need strong experience in a similar role previously, working across authentication, authorization, and user management services. Strong Microsoft experience will be a given, along with various IAM tools and software, specifically CyberArk. There are no specific requirements beyond this in terms of IAM tools as part of what you’ll be doing will be to suggest new ideas and new ways forward when it comes to all things IAM.The hope is that you’ll love working here. It’s a diverse team and this diversity has made the culture what it is today. Whether you like hiking, golf, animals or cooking, you’ll have colleagues here to share your interests with and have lively discussions with at the many social events throughout the year. Everyone is bought in to the future of the business and making sure that people’s futures are taken care of. Whilst you’re working in technology, you’re a key person helping secure hundreds of thousands of people’s pension plans.Your starting salary will be up to $130,000 plus a performance related bonus. You’ll join the world-class company pension scheme and have other benefits and perks that include full medical and dental, various wellness plans and much more.Want to help build the IAM function and have a great time doing so Get in touch. No up-to-date resume required.
