Job Description

Role Overview As the Program Change Management Lead, you will drive the successful adoption of business and technology changes across complex programs with multiple projects and high-risk profiles. You will apply proven Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology to ensure changes deliver sustainable value, align with strategic goals, and are embraced by stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor to business sponsors, you #39;ll lead the planning, execution, and reinforcement of change strategies from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate change management activities across program and project plans.
  • Design and implement change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, training, and readiness.
  • Anticipate resistance and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure adoption and sustainability.
  • Lead meetings with executives and business leaders to drive change adoption.
  • Continuously elevate change management practices by staying current on industry trends.

  • 15+ years leading change in large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Deep expertise in organizational change, with strong knowledge of project lifecycle and management tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with proven ability to influence executives and build stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
