Reporting to the Registrar & Assistant Dean, Students, the Student Services Officer: Scheduling, Records and Enrolment is responsible for maintaining academic records for current and previously registered students; monitors, assesses, updates and reconciles information pertaining to students’ academic status, registration, course enrolments, and scheduling.The incumbent is responsible for room bookings, course and room scheduling, classroom inventory, academic timetable changes and is the first point of contact for student enquiries.Your responsibilities will include:
