Job Description

[Part-Time Studio Attendant] Mint Room Studios is the first and largest interior-designed natural light photo studio located in Toronto. We offer competitive pay, opportunities for growth and excellent benefits.Location: Toronto (Dupont St & Campbell Ave) and (Sterling Rd & Perth Ave)Responsibilities/

  • Various customer service duties include:
- Answering the phone- Responding to emails- Welcoming and interacting with guests
  • Organizing, cleaning and sanitizing after every booking
  • Assisting clients with booking needs
  • Handling and processing payments
  • Understanding and applying company policies
Requirements:
  • Passionate about customer service and helping others brings you joy.
  • Energetic and uber-enthusiastic.
  • Friendly communication style when dealing with the public or members of staff.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Organized, Prompt and able to multitask.
  • Ability to handle payments and deposits.
  • High school Diploma.
Please note this is a part-time position on a contracted basis. Reports to: Head of OperationsJob Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 20 - 30 per weekSalary: $15.00-$17.00 per hourBenefits:

Experience:
  • Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
