With the pent-up demand we are already seeing, we are here to help our clients make the most of it.Job DescriptionThe Senior Vice President, Product & Technology provides strategic, operational, and product development direction to the organization with the primary focus of crafting and leading the execution of our category-defining travel technology platforms. The candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams within an entrepreneurial setting bringing a combination of strategic vision, technical knowhow, and inspiring leadership abilities.The SVP will be the head of the technology and product teams and will have a track-record of inspiring, building, and leading a talented team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This executive will be a change agent, innovator and influencer who will bring exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive results within a fast-growing, agile setting. This role will be best suited for executives who are motivated by the opportunity to build a high performing team that can deliver on challenging projects while optimizing performance and engagement. They will oversee all elements of the product lifecycle from conceptualization to post-launch performance. The role includes developing technology strategy and key performance indicators, while establishing goals and objectives for the product development and technology division. The ideal candidate has a proven track-record developing and scaling product strategy, creating ambitious roadmaps, and leading the product and technology execution to evolve our industry leading platforms.The SVP reports to the President and directly assists on all strategic and tactical strategies, department oversight, budgeting and control, and the financial performance within the technology organization and will act as one of the key executive’s leaders within the business.Key Responsibilities:
