Documentation experience in process flows, system flows, and user stories.Tech savvy / Quick learner.Nice to have:Mainframe and/or Cloud experience.JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow experience.Financial Institute experience.UAT experience.Previous development experience would be beneficial.Familiar with Network, LAN TCP/IP, security and communication protocol concepts.Security and environment control systems (ACF2, Endevor)
