Job Description

Triumph Advertising is the exclusive marketing partner of a licensed global i-gaming casino. The brand offers thousands of casino games, live dealer, poker and sports betting to players in five continents with support for multiple languages and currencies.Additionally, Triumph Advertising manages advertising and e-commerce funnels for some of the largest direct to consumer performance marketing advertisers in the world.This is a unique technical role supporting dozens of e-commerce websites doing over a million dollars in combined revenue daily. Working as part of a team, you’ll manage the CRM configurations for campaigns, including email setup, checkout flows, payment processing and shipping provider configuration.You’ll co-ordinate new site launches with our graphic designer, development team and project manager. You’ll configure the E-Commerce CRM with the campaign details, verify all the elements of the site and store are working properly, setup affiliate tracking with partner networks and end to end test the final solution.With the help of monitoring tools (some of which you may have to setup yourself), you’ll keep a pulse on the performance of the websites and working with our data scientist, will dig into root cause analysis of any detected issues.When e-commerce sites are not performing at optimum levels, you’ll tune the performance of the entire campaign that is running by analysing the data from the traffic sources to the payment processing right through to the end of the customer journey to identify and optimize the flows.This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing company right at the ground level and have a huge impact on building something great.   • University degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
o When things are not working properly, you can dig in, investigate the reports, analyse the logs, look at a configuration and find what is out of place and set it right. You rarely call tech support, because you can normally fix it yourself
  • Strong excel skills, familiar with pivot tables and formulas
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and pull their weight in a team environment
  • Strong English language skills
  • The desire to work-from-work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
Nice To Have Skills (if you don’t have them all, you’ll learn them with us):
  • DNS experience (setting up A, MX, CNAMEs, NS records) with hosting providers and cloudflare
  • SMTP provider experience (setting up transactional email services on email platforms including any of Sendgrid, Mailgun, Mandrill, etc.)
  • Hosting / Registrar provider experience (registering domain names, setting up web hosting accounts, working with cpanel)
  • E-Commerce store setup experience (advanced configuration of products, prices, payment methods, shipping providers, and creating and installing apps / modules in any of WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Opencart, 3D-cart, Spree, Magento)
  • Affiliate tracking and click tracking platforms (campaign setup, pixel conversion tracking testing) on any of Facebook, Cake, HasOffers, CJ, Clickbank, Voluum, Binom or Thrive
Additional skills we’d find valuable:
  • Linux skills (setting up ubuntu servers on any cloud platform including AWS or any other ((LEMP stack if you’re a superhero))
  • SSL experience with Lets Encrypt
  • AWS experience, (Elastic Ips, EC2 Instances, Backups, RDBMS)
  • Any light scripting or programming experience (HTML, CSS, PHP, Python)
