Technical Manager will lead manage and mentor our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective with his profound experience and talent. Our ideal candidate has to have extensive experience within the industry, perhaps having worked your way up through the ranks to your role as an executive. proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of the IT & Telecom industry. We have our eye out for We believe this trajectory helps develop a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus a Technical Manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business from a creative point of view.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the COO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
  • High-level negotiation skills and excellent verbal, written, presentation and effective listening skills. - Proven solution development and attention to detail
  • Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and acting when necessary.
  • Ability to use high level interpersonal, negotiation, consultation and communication skills appropriate to all stakeholders to create a strong client relationship
  • Work diligently on partner management during proposal and tendering stages including briefings covering expectation management, driving proposal process, reviews and negotiations of the tender responses.
  • Enable informed decision making on project issues by developing timely and relevant written submissions, briefs, presentations and information papers for project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are managed in accordance with the best practice guidelines and formal project management (PM) approach to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Setting and leading operating standards across the organisation.
  • Commercial assessment of finance and risk for all investments.
  • Financial reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead role in managing external correspondence with consultants and investors.
Required Experience:15+ year in a similar roleRequired Skills:
  • Lead overall business operations to ensure sustainable growth
  • Execute contract, finance & legal agreements for direct real estate transactions
  • A good understanding of Project Management methodologies and concepts across all phases of a project lifecycle.
  • Experience in a Civils or Telecommunications environment.
  • Experience in a contracting environment with demonstrated ability to influence and direct third-party organisations to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analyse internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
  • Experienced in project Completion / Handover requirements and processes.
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Risk identification and management.
  • Prepare Business strategies and plans
  • Capital investment and expenses
  • Designing and implementing business operations
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives
  • Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the COO in all matters of importance
  • Assist COO in fundraising ventures
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
