Job Description

  • Align teams, functions, and stakeholders to foster seamless collaboration and ensure shared objectives are achieved.
  • Lead cross-organizational initiatives by planning integrations, managing dependencies, and effectively resolving challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and requirements, serving as the central communication point for complex programs.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to develop and execute detailed delivery plans, ensuring timely results.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement comprehensive solutions from concept to delivery.
  • Optimize delivery processes through automation, enhancing transparency and establishing a single source of truth.
  • Promote teamwork and synchronization across diverse groups to maintain alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in collaboration with leadership to ensure uninterrupted progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven approaches and by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Integration Program Manager, or a similar role managing software development projects.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with software engineering teams on large-scale initiatives within Agile environments.
  • Expertise in migrating cloud-based SaaS products, managing infrastructure, and integrating APIs.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple project streams simultaneously with precision and effectiveness.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of APIs, software customization, and componentization.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences.
  • A passion for process optimization and operational excellence.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous learning and embracing challenges.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
