Job Description

Technical Project ManagerLocation: 100% Remote, CanadaExperience Level: 3 to 5 YearsRole Summary: NearSource is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support strategic initiatives for a global leader in the software industry. The selected candidate will oversee cross-functional project operations with a focus on productivity tools, software integration, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report on key program and project metrics to support data-driven assessments
  • Analyze trends, flag potential issues, and implement improvements as needed
  • Assist in managing program budgets and tracking purchases to ensure timely billing
  • Prepare strategic presentations supporting project goals and stakeholder alignment
  • Maintain and improve operational procedures for contracts, applications, and performance monitoring
  • Manage internal and external program websites, ensuring accurate and timely content updates
  • Coordinate with external partners on applications, renewals, and performance tracking
  • Support internal and external communications, including content creation and distribution
  • Oversee event logistics such as speaker coordination, registration, and agenda planning
  • Act as liaison across project teams, collecting updates and maintaining tracking tools
Must-Have Skills
  • Proven experience in project management within a technology-oriented company
  • Proficiency in collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with GitHub and ProductBoard
  • Exposure to AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Langchain
  • Experience managing content across internal and external platforms
