Senior Technology Architect On behalf of our client in the Government Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Technology Architect. Senior Technology Architect – Job Description

• Develops, recommends, implements and manages the technical and security architectures (hardware, software, database and communications) which will be used for all or specific applications in a large, distributed cross-platform environment

Senior Technology Architect – Mandatory Skills

• Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical and security architectures at the specified experience level
• Extensive experience with at least three different platforms, operating systems, environments, database technologies, and communications protocols
• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Knowledge of performance considerations in different environments
• Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development and implementation of applications
• Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments
• Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and is able to guide others using this methodology
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs
• Experience preparing conceptual, logical and/or physical architectures.
• Awareness of emerging technologies, trends and directions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
• Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g., models)
• Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g., models) based on Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture processes and practice
• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Content Management (Open Text ECM applications)
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices

• Extensive knowledge and experience with the following technology stack: Siebel CRM, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Internet Directory (OIM/OID), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), e-Business Suite (eBS), IBM BAW
• Experience in cloud computing and cloud Technologies.
• Proven experience with web application frameworks, Microservices architectures, Java frameworks, Angular Applications, Springboot, Spring security, Component Based Web UI, Kubernetes
• Experience in designing cloud-based applications with an emphasis on cloud security and personal data privacy
• Experience with Authentication and Authorization, including OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML 2.0
• Architecture Skillsamp; Capabilities- 30%
• Proven experience in conducting technical assessments of logical, physical architecture. Ensuring full compliance with standards and guidelines
• Knowledge and expertise with various architecture frameworks such as Zachman, principles, guidelines and standards Extensive experience in systems analysis, integration and implementation in large systems environments
• Awareness of emerging technologies, trends and directions
• Experience with various patterns, architectural designs, domain models
• Identify robust tools for various methodology and techniques
• Identification and experience with different integration techniques, authentication tools
• Excellent management of assigned responsibilities, analytical, problem-solving and decision- making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
