Domain Experience in running programs on Telecom clients, preferably Cable MSOs. • Build and track portfolio, program and project charters and roadmaps. • Build new and improve pre-existing processes and continually reevaluate standards to meet changing business needs. • Build new and improve pre-existing tools, templates, and documentation to support processes put in place as standards for implementation. • Achieve results without having direct control over all resources and be able to leverage these results across programs • Provide leadership to Professional Services staff to achieve project, team, and individual goals • Track and highlight trends and raise areas of concern regarding possible deviations from project and program plans. • Understand and analyze current processes and initiate process improvements • Communicate clearly and effectively with various groups. • Support program and project governance - perform project audits/reviews and extract lessons- learned. • Build risk management reports and statuses, perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develops appropriate contingency • Build rapport with employees while actively influencing events and negotiating changes to achieve organizational goals • Incorporate new information, make quick decisions, and keep the appropriate people informed of rapidly occurring developments. • Collaborate with other program managers to develop and implement best practices for the organization. • Experience in infrastructure and DevOps projects and programs • Experience on SDLC, agile development (Scrum and Kanban), ITIL/IT Service Management and IT processes and practices.Employee Status : Full Time EmployeeShift : Day JobTravel : NoJob Posting : Jun 08 2021About Cognizant Cognizant (Nasdaq-100: CTSH) is one of the world's leading professional services companies, transforming clients' business, operating and technology models for the digital era.
