Responsible for the initiation and creation of venue records and accounts in our CRM system and managing inventory to provide strategic analytics and reports across the organization.The Inventory & Traffic Coordinator will have the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands-on experience in collaborating in the end to end operations of the out of home advertising industry.What you will do…Create venue accounts and enter the financials of approved Rouge contracts in our asset management systemProvide ongoing management on digital and static inventory data by ensuring all files are up to date and reflective of current assets and contractsLiaise with the Operations team for updates on venue and contract statusSupport the Operations team in the collection, consolidation and preparation of reports and analytics using ExcelSite selection for upcoming campaignsProvide sample lists of availability of inventory to sales team upon requestCreate in depth demographic mapping of assetsRapidly respond to operational needs by providing ad-hoc analysis with respect to connectivity, inventory, and campaignsMaintain the media softwares validity of entries and dataWhat you will bring…Previous experience in an operations, project management, or inventory management roleSuperior PC skills with an advanced proficiency in MS ExcelExperience in a mapping system and a company wide ERP/CRM media software is required (experience in DoMedia, Ayuda, Pelmorex and Salesforce is a big plus)General understanding of OOH, DOOH or TV sector an assetAbility to handle multiple projects and requests simultaneously utilizing strong time management skills in a highly organized fashionProfessional, outgoing, and enthusiastic team playerExceptional organizational skills coupled with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Here’s what you can expect in return:A competitive salary and benefits that include access to our Employee Share Accumulation Program, Retirement Benefits and a variety of other perks including 50% off Rogers services and Blue Jays ticketsA manager who deeply cares about your development and long-term career at RogersA team that trusts and wants to win togetherSmart and accomplished colleagues who are focused on both the “what” and the “how”Flexibility to work from home even after the pandemic endsAs we grow our team, the well-being of our team members remains our top priority.
