So, if you are ready to do the best work of your career while having fun, then read on.The Traffic department handles all creative team resourcing and operations, including the creative teams’ time, workload, capacity and skill set. From there, Traffic decides which team(s) are the best fit and oversees the project timeline from start to finish, ensuring all meetings are booked and held.It takes a special kind of person to run Traffic. They need to be natural hustlers with great people skills, flexibility, the ability to think on their feet, and a knack for multi-tasking. Think of it like herding sheep, but you’re actually wrangling dozens of creatives.If you are looking for a fun, creative office environment with the chance to work with an amazing team, this could be the position for you.What you’ll be doing…

  • Managing Creative Director’s calendars - scheduling, problem solving and organizing
  • Responding timely to emails; 50-100 emails per day
  • Participating in weekly meetings with your team
  • Learning the ropes of reception and administrative tasks which keep our office running
  • Tag-teaming reception when necessary (to cover breaks and time away from the desk)
  • Making sound, timely decisions
  • Coordinating travel for the creative team
  • Building internal relationships
  • Working alongside our IT team, ensuring that meeting needs are met - setting up Zoom calls, chairs, tables, food and beverages
  • Planning and coordinating agency-wide events with our other 3 offices
  • Supporting the creative operations team with ad hoc tasks
What you’ll bring…
  • Experience with scheduling/managing a team’s calendar
  • Fast paced problem solving - think tetris!
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Finds enjoyment from making lists and being organized
  • Ability to prioritize and creatively problem solve
  • Has worked as a server, manager, coordinator, or film PA
  • Happy to work both remotely and at the office
  • Enjoys collaborating with a team environment
  • Has experience with various communication platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, etc.
  • Wants to learn how a creative agency is run and develop new friendships
