It’s the defining attribute that we look for in our people.At least 8+ years of experience in Banking domain.Must have UAT testing experience.End to end UAT testing experience and should have managed the end to end delivery on own.Execute UAT including coordination with vendor/downstream system partners.Bank Conversion expertise is a plusPrepare the Test Strategy/Test Plan and Exit Reports identifying and capturing all effortsInvolvement with Test Case design / Test ExecutionAble to manage new requirements and changed requirementsManage testing resources.Gain system knowledge of applications and all upstream, downstream impacts and their dependenciesAs the single point of contact, attend calls and discuss the project’s weekly status.Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.HP ALM experienceQuick learner with ability to analyze the Requirement documents and understand the project testing effortIdentify issues and risks and escalate when appropriateEnsure the timely delivery of testing milestonesWaterfall TestingOur strength is built on our ability to work together.
