Job Description

We #39;re seeking a UI Designer Lead based in Canada to spearhead an international project. As the Lead UI Designer, you #39;ll orchestrate the design of digital products and services, reshaping our tech interactions across mobile and web platforms, alongside a collaborative team of strategists and developers.Are you passionate about putting people at the core of design Your approach blends direct observation with key business insights. You thrive on innovation, constantly refining your products through experimentation and measurement. Your communication skills are stellar, allowing you to collaborate effectively with clients at all levels.RequirementsIn this role, you #39;ll:

  • Utilize design thinking, user research, and business strategy to solve complex problems and envision strategic solutions.
  • Lead the design of digital products, leveraging best practices to create elegant and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
  • Foster strong client relationships by showcasing your design expertise.
Requirements:
  • Expert proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Four to ten years of industry experience, with at least two years in a lead design role.
  • A portfolio demonstrating excellence in designing and shipping successful websites and digital products.
  • Deep understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving ability in the face of complex challenges.
  • Mastery of user experience and interaction design principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields like HCI, Interaction Design, or Art Direction.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Proficiency in design applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping tools like Invision, Principle, and Creative Cloud Applications.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience and location)
