Job Description

Launched in 2013, we are one of the fastest growing companies in Canada and globally recognized as an innovator within the apparel space.We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to work on the Knix Creative Team to help craft exciting and compelling digital video creative for our growing brand.About You

  • You’re a strong conceptual thinker with a keen eye for details and visual storytelling

The Opportunity
  • Edit videos for marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and other video assets required for different channels
  • Collaborate with other team members to conceptualize, plan out, and execute on the approach for the video assets
  • Coordinate with the Creative Production Manager on delivery details, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brief
  • Support with other production work, such as filming, audio recording, as able
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ professional experience producing and editing marketing videos, ideally within an in-house or agency setting
  • Solid portfolio of compelling video works
  • Mastery of editing tools and platforms (e.g. Premier)
  • Ability to maintain a well-organized and cataloged asset system
  • Demonstrated to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while working under minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of brand aesthetic with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible video assets
