Job Description

The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated VP of Finance who will be responsible for providing financial leadership in managing budgets, overseeing all accounting functions, and conducting forecast analysis.In addition, as a member of the Executive Team, the VP of Finance will participate in the strategic planning process and will maintain and report on key financial metrics.Too apply and send your resume directly to us or view more opportunities please visit: https://www.carbon6.io/careers !Responsibilities:

  • Work with the executive team to develop operational and long-term budgets and forecasts for all aspects of the organization and then monitor and report on performance against those budgets
  • Generate detailed business unit projections, highlight risks/opportunities, and oversee the preparation of relevant materials
  • Create reports on the companys key financial metrics for internal and board stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain adherence to the companys accounting policies and procedures
  • Generate and maintain effective professional relationships with the companys bankers, auditors, government agencies, and other professional organizations
  • Supervise the annual/quarterly/monthly budgeting and forecasting processes
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor or Masters degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
  • Must have strong integrity, confidentially, and accountability
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA highly preferred
  • Must maintain a high level of accuracy while being detail oriented
  • Minimum of 8 years experience at an executive level role
