With the pent-up demand we are already seeing, we are here to help our clients make the most of it.Job DescriptionThe VP of Supplier Relations, Land & Sea is responsible for the tactical procurement and deployment strategies of Cruise & Tour related services. As an innovative planner and thinker, the VP of Land & Sea will have a large focus on establishing the companys content distribution strategy to ensure maximum productivity and revenue across a retail and wholesale model. Reporting directly to the SVP, Procurement, this individual will also provide leadership by delegating tasks to management staff and ensuring the integration of collaborative planning with company operations. This role requires an extremely talented and flexible individual who has a roll up their sleeves attitude and is comfortable with a hands-on position. This VP will have the ability to leverage their existing network of global industry contacts and build a profitable portfolio of partners. This individual will be responsible for finding new profit opportunities through data analysis, process improvement and problem solving on priority projects.Key Accountabilities:

  • Negotiate and/or oversee the negotiation of our portfolio of global cruise and tour contracts inclusive of override, commission, coop and amenities..
  • Oversee the contracting cycle from prospecting through to deployment, delivering profitable contracts with new and existing clients and ongoing evaluation of rates and services.
  • Regularly evaluate and re-negotiate existing contract agreements to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Track and identify sales targets, communicate tactical adjustments and optimize earning opportunity based on total volume commitments.
  • Liaise with business leadership to create innovative strategies to leverage our consolidated volume to drive profit across Cruise, Tour and Sun & Sand.
  • Influence both internal and external stakeholders through analytical proof, communication skills and a history of results in the industry
  • Build a team growth strategy to efficiently manage a wide portfolio of partners.
  • Develop service level agreements, scope of work, and contract terms with service providers.
  • Evaluate and streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department to ensure department and company objectives are met.
  • Own and lead business results meeting with vendors and the business to ensure a comprehensive review of results and action items.
  • Establish innovative strategies to leverage multiple rate types, content sources and API integrations to grow overall sales in platform and increase earn rate for all businesses.
Qualifications
